Individualized comfort and family support.

What is hospice?
Hospice care focuses on the quality of life for people who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. New Life Hospice provides care in the setting of your loved one's home (private residence, skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, or personal care home).
Hospice is a service that most people do not know the value of until it is too late. Most people report they wish they had known about it sooner. Anyone can make a referral to hospice. It is important to discuss this with your healthcare provider.
